On October 25^th President Biden gave a public apology for the infamous Indian Schools, run by the federal and religious institutions from 1819 to 1969, designed to eradicate native/indigenous cultures by forcibly removing native children from their families and communities and placing them in these boarding schools. Since October 7 2023, the Biden Administration is fully funding and enabling the genocide of Palestinians in Gaza along with complete destruction of Gaza. Netanyahu and his fascist ministers understand that they can act with absolute impunity to kill and destroy in Gaza, in Lebanon, in Syria, in the West Bank and now in Iran. The US has given Netanyahu carte blanche over and over again no matter how horrific, no matter the total disregard for and shredding of international law and rules-based global order established after WWII.

As credible reports are emerging daily about Israel’s accelerated extermination campaign in North Gaza and the completed blockade of humanitarian aid, Biden just gave Israel 30 days to demonstrate increases in humanitarian aid entering Gaza or face consequences. US arms continue to flow unconditionally. Gaslighting by US administration continues as Biden ignores, indeed disrespects, the majority of US civil society demanding a ceasefire.

On Saturday, Israeli forces withdrew from Kamal Adwan Hospital just one day after storming the hospital. Local health officials reported that soldiers detained all/dozens of male medical staffers – doctors, nurses, medics -- and some patients. The Israeli government has just banned six medical NGOs from entering Gaza despite the dire humanitarian crisis. CEO of FAJR Scientific, one of the banned medical aid groups, Dr. Mosab Nasser reports on the dire situation.

“The healthcare infrastructure is destroyed. Many of the local doctors have been either killed or kidnapped. The patients are left stranded; no one is providing any help to them why would you prevent such organizations from coming to provide their services?

Kamal Adwan Hospital is the only children’s hospital in north Gaza serving about 400,000 or 500,000 people; there is really no other children’s hospital. It has the ICU. It has a large room for premature babies with incubators. The disturbing news that also we have received is that the Israeli army destroyed the oxygen concentrators and tanks at Kamal Adwan leaving children in the ICU and incubators without oxygen. Many of them actually have died. 

And especially we — in FAJR Scientific, we’re actually specialized in surgical interventions. And many of the injuries that come to the hospitals across Gaza are blast injuries — broken bones, broken skulls, you know, all kinds of multiple degrees of burns. So, those patients require an immediate attention. And if you don’t provide this attention to them, many of them actually will die a slow and painful death because of infections."

Remember the outrage and condemnations when Israel “mistakenly” bombed a hospital or a UN school for the first time? Or when Israel demolished an entire apartment building with 2000 lb bombs killing hundreds of civilians mostly women and children?  Israel’s SOP includes killing Palestinians in Israeli-designated safe zone, killing Palestinians waiting for food, targeting children with bullets, killing Palestinians following Israeli evacuation orders, executing medical staff and patients in hospitals, targeting/killing medics, ambulances, firefighters and civil defense rescuers, and carpet-bombing all civil society infrastructure to rubble and dust. The US is fully complicit with Israel’s horrific march to unthinkable atrocities and carnage that continues with no end in sight.  

Israeli atrocities are nothing new. The only novelty is the scale.
